Usher Flies to Justin Bieber's Side

We all know Usher is the mentor of Justin Bieber however TMZ just learned that 

Usher has flown out to Panama along with Justin's Manager and his childhood 

bestfriend.  All in hopes to stage an intervention with him....hopefully this works
