Justin Bieber's New Tattoo

After his recent crazy antics and spotlight in the media, Justin Bieber took the time to take a picture of his new tattoo and post it to Instagram....it is an eye but more importantly his Mother's eye..I guess it translates to his mother is always watching him...who knew he had that many tattoos.
